Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds will be forfeited. Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, identity documents, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.
The Company is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding applicable thresholds, or at any other time deemed appropriate by our compliance team. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of residential address dated within 90 days.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Company will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
You must notify Cuan123 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting us at [email protected].
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to forfeit some or all balances held in the account at the time of closure. Where closure is made at the Member's voluntary request, any real-money balance will be returned subject to completed verification and the satisfaction of all wagering requirements on bonus funds.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cuan123 and its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and uninterrupted access, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, security breaches, or data transmission failures. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
The Company's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The collection, processing, storage, and transfer of personal data by Cuan123 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection principles including lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, and integrity. Cuan123 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Members via email or on-platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
